You will become the right-hand person to our founder and freelance marketer when it comes to everything we project online. Your goal? Working together to build a sleek, consistent style, creating original content, telling our story, and showing the outside world the awesome projects we run every week.
What you’ll be doing
Content Creation: You help brainstorm and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. From cool client case studies to behind-the-scenes videos and on-location shoots.
Social Media Planning: You help keep the content calendar filled and ensure that posts are cleanly scheduled a month in advance.
Copywriting: You write social media captions, short copy for the website, or help set up a newsletter. Naturally, we’ll help you find the right “JDL tone of voice”!
Campaign Brainstorming: Planning a cool campaign around a holiday or launching a new product? You help brainstorm the angle and assist with the execution.
Tracking Analytics: Together, we look at what works. Is a certain video getting a lot of likes? Then we make more of those. If something doesn’t work? We just try something else.
What we expect from you
You get social media. You know what’s trending on platforms like Insta and TikTok, and you understand how businesses can leverage them.
You are a creator. You enjoy designing or editing videos (basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe is a must).
You’re not afraid to take initiative. Got a cool idea for a post? Let us know and run with it.
You use AI tools and write easily in our specific writing style (as well as a decent level of English).
You are open to feedback and using it to grow
You take ownership and manage deadlines and quality without being micromanaged
You are based in the Amsterdam area
