About JDLSOURCING

We’re JDLsourcing, a creative production partner for brands that want more than just “stuff.” From limited-edition merchandise to eye-catching hospitality packaging and clever giveaways, we help brands look as good as they feel.

Our clients range from FMCG brands, Retailers, Restaurant chains, Importers, Influencers, E-commerce brands, Artists, Sport teams, Festivals, Consumer brands, Youtubers, Marketing agencies, Dark kitchen brands, start-ups and more! We make sure their packaging and merchandise turns heads.

Your role

You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team where your concepts don’t just stay on paper, they actually go into production. If you’re passionate about branding, love good design, and want to work on projects for some of the coolest names in hospitality and retail, keep reading.

Your tasks:

Create visual concepts for packaging, apparel, and promotional items
Work on real-life projects for well-known hospitality and retail brands
Join brainstorm sessions and pitch your ideas to the team
Support our sales & project managers with mockups and client presentations
Help bring bold ideas to life, from concept to production-ready files

You are:

A marketing or design student (MBO/HBO/WO) with a passion for branding & packaging
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and maybe even InDesign or Figma
Creative, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
Someone who can switch between a sleek coffee cup design and a bold T-shirt print
Bonus points if you love cool typography, streetwear, or branding in general
