Project management internship

What you’ll be doing

Status updates: You keep customers informed about their orders and project timelines.
Keeping our systems organized: You ensure our order tracking system is always accurate and up to date.
Stock checks: You coordinate with our external warehouse to monitor and verify inventory levels.
Supplier communication: You liaise with suppliers regarding lead times, pricing, and samples.
Project support: Together with the Project Manager and Sales team, you help ensure projects run smoothly and successfully.
Logistics: You arrange and process sample shipments via PostNL and DHL.
Spotting opportunities: Do you see ways to improve, speed up, or optimize processes? Speak up! We value initiative and fresh ideas.

What we expect from you

• You are a natural organizer: detail-oriented, well-structured, and always in control of the bigger picture.
• You are comfortable taking ownership and communicate clearly when things don’t go according to plan.
• You are service-minded and make both customers and suppliers feel like VIPs.
• Multitasking? You can effortlessly keep ten balls in the air at once.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Living in or near Amsterdam is a strong advantage.
• Bonus points if you have an affinity with manufacturing, import/export, logistics, or project management.
