Creative AI & Concept Design Stage

What you’ll be doing

• AI Concepting: You continuously design and visualize new merchandise and product ideas for both existing and new clients. You have genuine taste and flawlessly sense which design (and which prompt!) matches a specific brand’s identity.

• Mock-up Magic: You use smart AI tools to drastically speed up our mock-up process for packaging and merchandise.

• Sleek Processes: You help build and standardize product design templates, enabling the entire team to work faster and more consistently.

• Next-level Tech: You think bigger than just design. You proactively brainstorm AI automations and agents to make our internal processes even smarter.

What we expect from you

• You have a rock-solid sense of aesthetics, branding, and design. You know what’s trending right now and what brands love.

• Tools like Claude, Midjourney, and similar AI generators hold few secrets for you. Additionally, you are perfectly comfortable with the basics of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator).

• You see what needs to be done and you take action. You don’t wait around for someone to give you a task; you take the lead yourself.

• You are a tech optimist: You love figuring out how new tools can make our work easier or better.
