We are looking for a Sales & Account Management intern who builds connections as easily as we manage international productions. You are a key player within our team. Not a spectator, but fully focused on growth and building together. Your mission? Bringing in new business and expanding accounts. You proactively look for new clients to approach, effortlessly turn a warm lead into a long-term partnership, and immediately spot opportunities to significantly expand collaborations with existing clients. You’re not satisfied until the deal is closed!
What you’ll be doing
Creative Outbound: No sending boring, copy-pasted emails to overcrowded inboxes. You come up with out-of-the-box ways to get a foot in the door with the coolest brands in tech, FMCG, hospitality, and beyond. Think physical packages, or a clever, timely hook via email or LinkedIn.
Spotting & Creating Opportunities: You quickly spot where brands are missing the mark or leaving money on the table when it comes to their merchandise or packaging, and you use that insight as your perfect conversation starter.
Qualifying Leads: You are the first point of contact. You handle the initial conversations, qualify prospects, and team up with the sales crew to tackle the warmest leads.
Pitch Perfect: You help brainstorm and build sleek client proposals and presentations that hit the mark every time.
Upselling & Account Management: You keep the lines of communication with existing clients warm and immediately spot opportunities to expand the collaboration.
Data = Key: You are in control of your own work. You tightly manage your pipeline in our CRM system and show off your hustle during weekly sales meetings, tracking your leads, activity, and conversion rates.
What we expect from you
You have a way with words and excel at building relationships.
You take ownership, take action, and don’t sit around waiting.
You understand that a young startup requires a completely different approach than a strict corporate environment. Your emails and pitches are sharp, spot-on, and never a boring, copy-pasted story.
You have a genuine interest in merchandise, packaging, and premiums.
You view targets as a challenge, not as pressure. You have an immense drive to hit your goals and the discipline to step on the gas, even when there’s no manager looking over your shoulder.
You are eager to learn and open to feedback.
Bonus points: You already have some experience in sales, account management, or customer service (but no stress if you don’t!).
